The whole experience was excellent. The technical sales advisor, ray explained the features and benefits of there product, without any hard sell, most refreshing this is how these products should be sold! The installation team were polite, courteous and efficient and left no mess. Two days before christmas we had a minor glitch getting our iphone app to communicate with the inverter. The business owner personally drove 2 hours from tullamarine to the mornington peninsula to deliver and install a wi-fi booster to fix the problem. This is what i call service!!!!
