They were the only people that came out to your house to quote. Installation went smoothly, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Only criticism was i didnã¢â‚¬â„¢t realise how big the inverter was and itã¢â‚¬â„¢s now at my front door, could have done with some advice from the installer as to placement. Maybe i shouldã¢â‚¬â„¢ve ask more questions. Customer service was excellent, office staff friendly and helpful. Grid connection was organised quickly. Essential solar was more expensive than the other quotes we received but they offer a better quality solar panel and are a local company thatã¢â‚¬â„¢s been around for a while. 100% australian owned and operated. Very happy overall.
